    Some of our Western jazz artists would give a lot to achieve what this friend produces. Beautiful and real.

    I would love to have seen him live before he died. A friend just told me today that she did see him, and that people were throwing money at him in large quantities.

    You can see him throw every ounce of his girth into each note, surrendering his entire being to the Beloved.

    My buddy Amir was playing a CD of his in his car the other day. He was going on about the singer’s high pitched voice. NusratFatehAliKhan came out of my mouth. And we listened.
